For your convenience, items may be returned within 45 days of the shipped date. Items being returned may not be washed or worn and must be in like new condition.

1. Contact us by emailing us at customerservice@signatureconcepts.com
2. State your reason for the return and request a Return Authorization Number. (Be sure to have your order number available). No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
3. Send the items to be returned to the address listed below. Please write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package or include it on a slip of paper inside

Please note: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Jojo's Italian, Me & Julio, Pajarito, The Clover, Yankee Tavern, Sportswear, Made to Order and Custom Orders are not returnable.
